President's Welcome
Christian Beiter, President 2011-
As president, my primary responsibility is the general supervision and operation of the South Shore Toastmaster Club. I preside at the bi-monthly club membership meetings and the monthly club board meetings. The club operation follows the guidelines of the Toastmasters International Program. It focuses to inspire members to become better communicators as leaders gaining effective speaking skills for business and community affairs. As President, I guide the elected Board to help the club become a vital conduit for honing in on these skills.
Under the guidelines of Toastmaster International, Board members cooperatively establish long-term and short-term educational goals to guide the members' experience toward success, as they learn and practice effective communication skills.
